GREENLEAF, Idaho (CBS2) — Shawn Mykle Stacy was arrested on one charge of vehicular manslaughter related to a fatal accident on Lower Pleasant Ridge Road in February 2023 that resulted in the death of Loma Bittick.
The accident also seriously injured her husband, Jim Bittick. Idaho State Police (ISP) handled the crash investigation.
The Prosecuting Attorney's Office received the crash reconstruction from ISP on Jan. 8, 2024, and a warrant was issued for his arrest on Jan. 18, 2024.
Stacy was arrested on the warrant on Monday in Ada County and was transported to Canyon County Jail on Tuesday.
He will be arraigned on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
